Vanilla Coconut Latte

Ingredients
150 ml fresh coffee
1 tsp Taylor & Colledge Vanilla Extract
100 ml coconut milk
Roasted coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
Step 1: For your vanilla coconut latte, heat coconut milk over medium-heat. Add vanilla extract, remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Foam the milk with whisk or milk foamer and pour into a heat-proof glass.
Step 3: Add the coffee and sprinkle with roasted coconut flakes.
